Blood Type B - the balanced type
OutlineAs I've been researching, I've realized that many sources say type B's are always trying to be different. They're kind of in the middle and don't have a strict path in which to follow when it comes to eating according to your type.

DietAs Dr. D'Adamo says in his book, type B's are encouraged to eat green vegetables and eggs, as well as low-fat dairy products. He also says in his book that levels of stomach acidity and enzymes in your digestive system are linked with your blood type, so your blood type can tell you what foods you might be able to digest properly.

Exercise & HabitsTennis or cycling is recommended for type B's as well as group cardio activities. The earliest groups of type B's were nomads and stayed in tribes/packs. |
