Type A's were established around 25,000 and 15,000 B.C. in the Middle Eastern and Asian area. The peoples of that time frame relied heavily on agriculture. There are some small foods or vitamins that affect the type A's drastically, whether it be good or bad. For example, Hawthorn (Crataegus Oxycantha) is a great cardiovascular tonic for type A's. It increases elasticity of the arteries and strengthens the heart as well as lowers blood pressure.
